Reservations at Hotel Fernblick

Arrival & Departure:

In the event of late arrivals or early departures, the full amount of the reserved stay is charged. All other rules are in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Regulations. Rooms are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.

 

 

Deposit:

For confirmed reservations, a deposit of € 200 per person is required. Deposits should be made via bank wire transfer.

 

Hotel Bus:

Please let us know in advance if you would like to be picked up free of charge from the Schruns train station.

 

Dogs:

Sur demande, les chiens sont autorisés dans certaines chambres. Prix par jour 15,00 euros (sans nourriture). Nos amis à quatre pattes ne sont pas autorisés dans la salle à manger ni dans la zone bien-être. Merci de votre compréhension.

 

Visitor Tax

The municipality of Bartholomäberg charges a visitor tax if € 1 per person, per day for guests 14 and older.

 

Cancellation Insurance:

Covers all costs for cancellations before or during vacation in case of illness, accident or death of the insured person, his/her children, siblings, parents or grandparents.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of reservations must be made in writing. Fees are in accordance with Austrian Hotel Regulations: no fee for cancellations made more than three months prior to arrival; cancellations made between one and three months prior to arrival are charged a fee of three days’ stay; cancellations made less than one month prior to arrival are charged 80% of the total cost of stay.

 

New Year’s Eve program surcharge: € 45 per person.

 

Methods of Payment:

We accept cash, EC cards (Maestro) and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).

 

Currency Exchange Rate:

Exchange rates for Swiss Francs are calculated according to daily exchange rates.

 

Non-Smoking Policy:

As a wellness hotel, we ask for your understanding that all hotel rooms and restaurants are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
